Our chefs (and our tasters) have been busy perfecting our Kumar's Chicken Tikka Masala.
Rumoured to have been invented just down the road in Glasgow, Scotland we just had to launch our very own version of this popular dish!
Tikka spiced chicken breast pieces in a mild - medium spiced creamy sauce with fresh yoghurt, a touch of cream and textured with fresh onion for a delicious all rounder that the whole family will love!
As a rough guide this would serve approximately 2 people depending on appetite and quantity of sides added.
Ingredients: Chicken Breast (30%), Chopped Tomato (15%), Fried Onion (10%), Almond Powder, Natural Yoghurt, Single Cream 8% (MILK), Kashmiri Masala (5%), Garam Masala, Salt, Mango & Beetroot Paste, Ginger and Garlic Paste, Rapeseed Oil (contains anti foaming agents), Coriander Powder, Madras Curry Powder, Coconut Cream (contains Sulphur Dioxide), Turmeric powder, Water. Madras Curry Powder contains: Coriander, Cumin, Turmeric, Lentil, Chilli, Mustard, Black Pepper, Bay Leaves, Cloves, Fenugreek, Garlic, Salt, Fennel. Garam Masala Powder contains Coriander, Cinnamon, Cloves, Cumin, Fennel, Black Pepper, Nutmeg, Ginger, Star Anise, Bay Leaves, Green Cardamom. Fried Onion Contains: Onions, Corn starch, Sunflower oil, Salt. Chopped Tomato contains: Tomato, Tomato Juice, Acidity regulator (Citric acid). Mango & Beetroot Paste contains: Mango chutney (Mango, sugar, vinegar, Garlic,Chilli, Acetic Acid), Beetroot, Tomato Puree, Sugar Kashmiri Masala paste contains: Water, Rapeseed oil, Ground spices (Paprika, Coriander, Chilli, Cumin, Ginger, Salt, Garlic powder, Acetic acid.
